Throughout May, we continued our humanitarian mission with unwavering commitment, supporting people and animals affected by the war in Ukraine. Thanks to the tireless dedication of our volunteers and the generous support of our donors, we were once again able to carry out numerous vital aid projects and bring help to those who need it most.
Animals are close to our hearts too—they do not understand what war is. 🐾💙💛
That is why we purchased dog and cat food for Kramatorsk, Dnipro, Shakhtarske, and Pokrovsk. In these heavily affected regions, countless animals depend on humanitarian support. Every delivery provides them with food, care, and a small measure of safety and hope.

Thanks to SONNENTOR, we received three pallets of herbal tea for the people of Ukraine.
Two pallets will be distributed in eastern Ukraine. The third pallet, consisting of loose-packaged tea, will be delivered to a hospital in the Ternopil region as well as to two refugee shelters we support in the Lviv region and in Shakhtarske.
Especially in difficult times, donations like these are much more than food and drinks—they are a powerful symbol of solidarity, bringing warmth, comfort, and hope to those who need it most.

Every woman deserves dignity—even in times of war.
Today, we were able to take advantage of a special promotion at BIPA and purchase women’s hygiene products worth €2,500 for women in the Donbas region.
These essential products are urgently needed in war-affected areas, where they are often difficult to obtain or simply too expensive for many families. With this shipment, we hope to support women facing extremely difficult circumstances and provide them with a sense of dignity, comfort, and normality during these challenging times.
Our 37th Humanitarian Aid Truck Is on Its Way
In May, we dispatched our 37th 40-ton truck loaded with urgently needed humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
From our logistics hubs in the Lviv and Ternopil regions, the supplies are transferred to smaller vans that transport them to frontline communities east of the Dnipro River. This allows us to reach people in the areas where humanitarian assistance is needed most.
Among the supplies on board are:
Food and beverages
Herbal tea and flour
Sweets and muesli bars
Pet food
Baby food
Diapers and baby care products
Women's hygiene products
And many other urgently needed relief items
Every single shipment is only possible thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors, partner companies, and dedicated volunteers.

1.35 Million Muesli Bars – Every Single One Brings Strength and Hope.
Since the beginning of the war, we have received 1.35 million muesli bars for civilians living in frontline areas of Ukraine.
This represents:
80 pallets
23 cartons per pallet
Approximately 750 muesli bars per carton
A total of around 18,000 cartons
Transporting these supplies from the production facility to our warehouse alone required 120 collection trips. From there, the muesli bars are shipped to Ukraine together with our humanitarian aid and distributed to people living in frontline areas.
In places where a hot meal is often unavailable, muesli bars can make a real difference. They have a long shelf life, are easy to transport, and provide a quick source of energy for families, older people, children, and humanitarian workers.

In addition to our humanitarian aid transports, we were also able to provide essential support on the ground.
We continued to supply internally displaced people in Petropavlivka, Bohynivka, and Shakhtarske with urgently needed assistance.
Often, our limited budget is enough to provide only a simple meal of soup and bread. Even so, these meals can make a vital difference to people who have lost almost everything.
Our team in Ukraine performs extraordinary work every single day. Under the most difficult conditions, they tirelessly support both people and animals affected by the war.

Our aid reaches those in need—despite logistical challenges and ongoing drone attacks.

Even under the most difficult conditions, our humanitarian aid continues to reach people in eastern Ukraine. Our deliveries provide essential relief to Kharkiv, Sumy, Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk, Shakhtarske, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson, as well as to many smaller communities east of Shakhtarske.
With the support of the 78th Air Assault Regiment (A7788, Special Forces), we are able to deliver food and other urgently needed relief supplies to frontline areas around Kharkiv, Pokrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia that would otherwise be extremely difficult to access.
Without the support of our Ukrainian partners on the ground and the security forces, humanitarian aid would no longer be possible in many of these regions.
